Our Procedures, Terms & Commission
- Our Commission is 10% upon the BUY PRICE of your item. (I.E. [item price + tax] x 10%)
- Shipping fees will be shared among everyone, split accordingly to weight of your item.
- Other fees like buying a international bank draft and posting to my partner in Tokyo, box for the parcel, insurance will be shared among everyone.
- Before my partner goes to buy your item, we need payment from you FIRST. Full or at least 80% of the item price only. (This is to give a gaurantee to my partner incase of any backout, she'll not be at losing end)
- Commission, shipping and other misc fees will be collected AFTER the parcel arrives in Singapore. 
- We are not responsible for any defects in your products but usually we would try our best to check the product before we make any purchase at the stores. For online purchases, we would not be able to do any checking.
- We will meetup at particular place (usually in town area) and item will be handled to you.

- Anything that you are unclear about and would like us to explain clearly to you, just reply to our post here.
- Limited only to clothings and accessories from the brands provided in this page.
- If buying other items or brands, kindly send us the link you have and we'll see if we can help to get them for you.
- If item is unavailable after you had paid, your money will be fully refunded.

We had changed shipping from SAL to EMS, as it differs only by 1000yen per parcel. (FYI: SAL needs 2 weeks, EMS only 3~5 days, therefore it is more worth to get it thru EMS.)
Approximately ~SGD$8.50 per 500grams if overall parcel weighs 5kg and above.

Other Payable stuffs that is shared among everyone, calculated to be around $5 each to pay the following stuffs:
1. International Bank Draft + Registered mail
Cost SGD$8 to buy and SGD$3 to mail to Tokyo. 

2. Box for Parcel
About 200yen~400yen (Size of box depends on overall bought items)

3. Insurance for Parcel
About 100yen (Varies to the size of the Parcel)

4. Misc Fees
If there are other fees involved, you will be informed.

Questions
Q: Can I buy things from Japan auctions?
A: We are alittle more fussy about Japan auctions. First, we need to read and agree to the terms the sellers wrote.
If in any case that we cannot agree to their terms, then we cannot bid for you.
Secondly, we want things to be simple and straightforward. You need to agree to pay the shipping from the seller place to my partner's house and also bank transfer charge which usually cost less than 400yen. 
You also need to give us your maximum bidding price, so we can set a proxy bid for that auction. Once max bid is given to us, we would expect that price will be the final. (That is, if someone overbid you, you are willing to let go of the item, as my partner can never always be at home to monitor the auctions)

Q: Can I buy parasols and ship them together with the other stuffs?
A: We can buy for you however, they will be shipped seperately from the other items. Parasols handles are fragile and might break during the shipment process, therefore we suggest to have them shipped seperately.
You can get a cheaper shipping price if we can accumulate 3 or more parasols and get them shipped together in 1 parcel.
